Your future team

Deloitte internal Finance Department is instrumental in supporting the development of the firm and provides qualitative management information to a wide range of internal stakeholders.

We are currently recruiting a Junior Accountant for our accounting team.

Your next challenge

* Handling all day-to-day bookkeeping activities for our internal companies
* Supporting the daily bank and real estate management (guarantees, loans, flat rents, …)
* Recording fixed assets
* Preparing various monthly analysis and reports as needed
* Assisting for the VAT returns
* Coordinating indirect and direct tax returns and tax provisions services in collaboration with our internal tax department
* Reconciling client accounts with invoices payments as well as resolution of the related issues
* Supporting client invoices approving process
* Follow up on requests from both external and internal clients in relation with accounts receivables transactions
* Recording payable invoices and processing payments
* Reconciling payables/receivables balance sheet accounts

Your skills

* Are graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting (bac+2/3 equivalent)
* Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a similar position
* Show excellent organization and analytical skills
* Are computer literate with expert knowledge of MS Excel and ideally an experience in the use of SAP (FI/CO modules)
* Demonstrate good communication and adaptation skills in interacting with people at different levels
* Have a pro-active work approach; rigor, ability to work independently with a flexible and open mindset as well as respect of deadlines in stressful situations are amongst your strong points
* Are great team player with positive attitude in a challenging environment
* Are strongly motivated to join a dynamic finance team
* Are fluent in French and English (both oral and written)
